Richard J. Dube

Richard J. Dube, 77, of Brockton, passed away peacefully at home on January 4, 2024. Born Boston, he was the son of the late Claude and Edna Dube. A retired letter carrier, Richard was an active member of Knights of Columbus Cardinal Spellman Council #347 in Whitman, where he played on their cribbage team and was a bingo volunteer. He enjoyed NASCAR, wrestling, and playing cribbage. Richard was the beloved father of Dawn Dube (Daniel Newell) of Brockton; loving grandfather of Phillip Dube (Jennifer Holman) and Matthew Flaherty, all of Brockton; great-grandfather of Mercedes and Ella; brother of Joseph Dube and his wife Sally of East Bridgewater; and an uncle of many.
